Quick Artichoke Pasta Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 oz. salad macaroni, 1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts (with liquid), 1/4 lb. mushrooms, quartered, 1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved and 1 c. medium pitted olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water.
Turn into a large bowl.
