Quick Macaroni and Cheese
Quick Macaroni And Cheese is an easy family-friendly dish. Made with 1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni, 3 tbsp. margarine or butter, 1/4 c. finely chopped onion, 1/2 c. tomatoes (canned or fresh) and 1 (1/2 lb.) pkg. velveeta cheese (use as much cheese as you like), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Cook macaroni as directed on package.
In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, cook onion and butter in microwave on Medium-high for 1 to 2 minutes or until onions appear transparent.
Cube Velveeta cheese and cut up tomatoes.
Add all ingredients to casserole with onions.
Stir to mix.
Microwave on Medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minute intervals (stir in between) until cheese is melted.
Serve with Italian bread.
