Ramen Noodle Casserole
Ramen Noodle Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pkg. turkey sausage, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. ramen noodle soup, broken in pkg., 1 can whole kernel corn and 1 (6 oz.) pkg. snow pea pods or 1 can green peas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Brown turkey sausage in frying pan.
When browned, add corn and pea pods to cook about 3 minutes with lid on the pan.
Boil 2 cups water and then add seasonings packets.
Add the noodles and cook for 3 minutes.
Mix all ingredients together in a casserole dish and serve.
Ready to serve in 15 minutes.
