Reduced Fat Citrus Cheesecake
Reduced Fat Citrus Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. graham crumbs, 2 pkg. (8 oz.) low-fat cream cheese, 1 can (14 oz.) low-fat eagle brand milk, 4 egg whites and 1/4 c. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Spray bottom and sides of a 9 inch springform pan with Pam.
Sprinkle crumbs in bottom of pan.
In a mixing bowl. Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in Eagle Brand milk until smooth.
Add egg whites, lemon juice and orange rind.
Mix well, pour into prepared pan.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until center is set.
Chill.
