Reuben Sandwich
Reuben Sandwich is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sauerkraut, 8 slices rye bread, 1/2 stick oleo, soft, 4 slices corned beef and 4 slices swiss cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Spread bread with butter.
Rinse sauerkraut and dry.
On bread, layer 1 slice corned beef, 1/4 cup sauerkraut, 1 slice cheese and 2 teaspoons dressing.
Top with remaining bread. Spread outside with butter and grill in skillet until golden. Serves 4.
