Reuben Sandwich
Reuben Sandwich is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. dairy sour cream, 2 tbsp. chili sauce, 1 tsp. prepared horseradish, dash of salt and 8 slices large size rye bread or pumpernickel, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

For dressing, combine first 4 ingredients.
Spread on each slice of bread.
Top with kraut, corned beef and cheese.
Put together as a sandwich; butter outsides of each sandwich.
Brown on both sides on buttered skillet until cheese melts.
