Reuben Sandwich
Reuben Sandwich is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pieces jewish corn rye, thinly sliced, 1/2 pound corned beef, 1/4 pound swiss cheese, 4 oz. sauerkraut, rinsed and drained and 4 oz. russian dressing (recipe follows), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place half of corn beef and half of cheese on bread and repeat another layer.
Steam until corn beef is hot and cheese is melted.
Layer beef, cheese, sauerkraut, Russian dressing and repeat.
Top with bread.
