Reuben Sandwich Filling
Reuben Sandwich Filling is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, chopped, 8 oz. shredded swiss cheese, 1 (14 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained and chopped, 3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing and 3 tbsp. chili sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine corned beef, cheese, sauerkraut, mayonnaise and chili sauce. and store refrigerator.
To serve, spread filling between rye bread slices; butter outsides of bread and cook sandwich grill until cheese melts.
Makes about 5 cups.
