Rhoda'S Yorkshire Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sifted flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 c. milk, 2 eggs and 1/4 c. hot beef drippings, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix flour and salt.
Mix eggs and milk briefly.
Combine both mixtures in blender for 3 to 5 seconds, just until mixed.
(May mix by hand.)
Pour hot beef drippings in pan.
Pour mix on top. Bake at 425Β° for 30 minutes.
