Rhubarb Jello Cake
Rhubarb Jello Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. flour, 3 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. milk and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix dry ingredients and cut in butter.
Add egg and milk.
Mix well.
Put into ungreased 6 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch pan.
Push up on side of pan.
Spread 3 cups cut up rhubarb on top.
Sprinkle with 1 (3 ounce) package cherry jello.
