Rhubarb Punch
Rhubarb Punch is an moderately easy drink you can prepare in about 1 hour 26 minutes. Made with qt. fresh rhubarb, qt. water, c. sugar, c. water and juice of 6 lemons, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut into pieces fresh rhubarb and cook in 2-quarts of water until soft.
Strain through cloth bag.
Dissolve sugar in 2 cups of water. Boil 10 minutes.
Cool and add lemon juice and pineapple juice.
Mix rhubarb mixture.
Chill.
Add ginger ale when ready to serve.
Makes 1 gallon.
Will serve 24 people.
