Risotto a La Milanese
Risotto A La Milanese is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. arborio rice, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 small onion and 1 oz. milk cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Prepare clear broth and set aside.
Saute onion in butter and oil until golden.
Add rice and stir until rice has absorbed liquid. Pour wine in and stir 2 minutes.
Begin adding broth; stir occasionally until rice is almost cooked.
Add saffron.
Premix cheese and cream and add to risotto.
Turn off heat.
Sprinkle remaining cheese and serve hot.
