Heat oven to 350°.
Place turkey in shallow roasting pan. Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Pour over turkey.
Cover and bake until done (165° to 170° on meat thermometer), about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
Cut turkey into slices. Serve gravy with turkey and, if desired, with boiled or mashed potatoes.
