Roasted Chinese Chicken Wings
Roasted Chinese Chicken Wings is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. chicken wings, disjointed, (discard tips), 3/4 c. butter, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. soy sauce and 1 to 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Put all ingredients except chicken into medium saucepan and heat over low heat until butter is melted and sugar dissolved. Arrange wings in single layer in large shallow baking pan.
Pour sauce over wings and roast in 350Β° oven for 2 hours, turning wings after 1 hour.
Serve hot. Can be made and heated up in oven next day or in crock-pot.
