Roasted Rosemary Potatoes

Peel and cut potatoes into eighths.
Rinse in cold water; drain and pat dry.
Put potatoes into a large casserole dish, making sure potatoes are not crowded.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Toss and bake in a hot oven (400 to 450Β°) until potatoes are tender and thoroughly browned.
Taste for seasonings. Delicious served with beef, veal or chicken dishes.
Serves 4 to 6.
