Rocky Road Ice Cream
Rocky Road Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 c. chocolate syrup, 2 c. whipping cream, 1 c. miniature marshmallows and 1/2 c. miniature chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In small bowl, combine milk and chocolate syrup; set aside. In a mixing bowl, beat cream until stiff peaks form.
Fold in chocolate mixture, marshmallows, chocolate chip, and nuts. Transfer to a freezer proof container.
Cover and freeze for 5 hours or until firm.
Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
You do not need an ice cream freezer for this recipe. Yield: 1 1/2 quarts.
