Mix all ingredients and let stand about 1 hour.
(Be sure to mix yeast in lukewarm water before putting in flour and cake mix.) Punch down and make into rolls.
Let rise (about another hour). Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
Makes 40 rolls.
