Rotini Feta Salad
Rotini Feta Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. water, 8 oz. rotini pasta, 3/4 c. italian dressing, 1/2 c. chopped black olives and 1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimentos, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place water in a 3-quart microwavable casserole.
Cover with lid.
Microwave on High for 7 minutes or until water boils.
Stir in pasta and re-cover.
Stirring midway through cooking, microwave on High for 6 to 8 minutes or until done.
Drain and cool slightly. Return pasta to same casserole and toss with dressing.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Serve.
