Salmon Casserole
Salmon Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large size can pink salmon, 4 eggs, 1 can celery soup, 1 can mushroom soup and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Remove skin and bones from salmon.
Flake well.
Beat eggs and add to salmon.
Mix canned soups with milk and add to first mixture.
Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Drizzle melted butter over crumbs.
