Salmon Sandwiches
Salmon Sandwiches is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked, 1 small green pepper, chopped, 1/2 c. salted peanuts, 1/4 c. sliced green onion and 1/3 c. chili sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix salmon, green pepper, peanuts, onions, 1/3 cup chili sauce, mustard and pepper sauce.
Cut or tear breads crosswise into halves.
Fill each half with about 1/4 cup lettuce and 1/4 cup salmon mixture.
Top with alfalfa sprouts.
Serve with chili sauce.
