Salsa Fish is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. captain's cut cod or 1 lb. thick haddock and 1 jar ortega thick & chunky salsa sauce (1 lb 8 oz jar), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Rinse and pat dry Fish.
Place fish in a glass casserole dish. Pour 1/2 to 3/4 of the Salsa Sauce covering the Fish.
Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until fish is done.
