Salsa Guadalajhara
Salsa Guadalajhara is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. olive oil, 2 fresh limes, 1 bunch fresh cilantro, 3 medium fresh tomatoes and 2 medium green peppers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Finely chop fresh cilantro; add to juice of 2 limes and the olive oil.
Add salt and pepper.
Blend ingredients; set aside. Finely chop remaining ingredients.
Add oil mixture; blend.
Let marinate for several hours.
