Sammy's Favorite Cheesecake
Sammy'S Favorite Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon jell-o, 1 c. boiling water, 4 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 c. sugar and 8 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Chill milk until very cold.
Dissolve Jell-O in water and set aside.
Cream juice, 1 cup sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Add Jell-O mixture and cool.
Whip chilled milk until stiff.
Fold in cheese mixture.
Prepare crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar and melted margarine, then pressing into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour filling into crust and chill.
