Sand Tart Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 4 to 4 1/2 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 1/2 lb. butter-softened and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream together sugar, butter and eggs.
Slowly add flour and blend well.
Refrigerate until cold.
Roll cold dough to 1/4 inch thick.
