Sarah'S Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 eggs, 3 cans pet milk, 1 gal. homogenized milk, 6 c. sugar and 2 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Beat eggs well.
Add sugar to eggs; continue to beat until sugar and eggs are well blended.
Heat milk mixture in saucepan over open heat.
When the milk is warm, pour in egg and sugar mixture.
Keep heat on low and constantly stir mixture so that it won't stick to bottom of saucepan.
Cook until thick.
Add vanilla and freeze in 2-gallon freezer.
