Saucy Cocktail Meatballs
Saucy Cocktail Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. finely chopped onion, 1/3 c. finely chopped green pepper, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 can campbell's tomato soup and 2 tbsp. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In saucepan, cook pepper and onion in butter until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour over meatballs and serve hot. Can be kept warm in a crock-pot.
This sauce will cover about 100 meatballs or 1 1/2 pounds of frankfurters, cut into 1-inch pieces.
