Sausage Enchiladas
Sausage Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. owens sausage (breakfast), 1 small onion, diced, 1 large plus 1 small pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 can ro-tel tomatoes with green chilies and 12 to 18 flour tortillas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Brown sausage and onion in skillet.
Pour over cream cheese in bowl.
Mix until cream cheese is blended.
Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and mix well.
Spread tortillas with thin layer of refried beans, then place 1/4 cup meat mixture in center with a pinch of cheese and roll up.
Place in greased casserole.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for about 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
Serves 6 to 8.
