Sausage Fried Rice
Sausage Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. pork sausage meat, crumbled, 1/2 c. sliced green onions, 1 clove garlic, minced, 2 tbsp. oil and 3 c. cooked rice (yield from 1 c. raw), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In large skillet saute sausage, green onions and garlic in oil until sausage is browned.
Stir in rice and soy sauce.
Cook and stir 3 minutes.
Push rice mixture to sides of skillet; pour eggs in center.
When eggs begin to set, break up with fork and stir into rice mixture.
Sprinkle with parsley; serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
