Sausage Jambalaya
Sausage Jambalaya is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. rice, 1 lb. smoked sausage, 1 medium onion, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper and 1/2 c. sliced celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook rice and 2 cups water.
Heat skillet to medium hot.
Add sausage, onions, green peppers and celery.
Saute until vegetables are tender.
Add tomatoes to pepper and meat mixture.
