Sausage-Potato Bake
Sausage-Potato Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Crumble sausage in skillet and cook; drain.
Mix together soup, milk, onion, pimento, green pepper, salt and pepper.
Place half of potatoes in greased, 2-quart casserole.
Add half of sausage, then half of soup mixture.
Repeat layers.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Remove cover; sprinkle with cheese and bake another 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
