Savory Cheese Muffins
Savory Cheese Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sifted self-rising flour, 1 c. (4 oz.) grated sharp cheddar cheese, 1 tsp. dry mustard, 1 egg and 1/2 tsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat oven to 425Β°.
Grease 24 mini muffin cups.
Stir together flour, cheese, mustard and chili powder in mixing bowl. Beat eggs in separate bowl; stir in milk and oil.
Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients, stirring just until blended.
Batter will be slightly lumpy.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups, filling each 2/3 full.
