Scotch Tea Tarts
Scotch Tea Tarts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, softened, 2 c. sifted flour, 6 oz. cream cheese, softened, 1 1/2 c. brown sugar and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix butter, flour and cream cheese; chill for 30 minutes. Place a rounded teaspoonful of dough in each tart cup.
Press dough to bottom and sides with thumb.
Sprinkle each cup with chopped pecans.
Mix the brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, salt and vanilla together.
Spoon in the cups, over top of the pecans. Bake at 325Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
