Sesame Stir-Fry
Sesame Stir-Fry is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 20 minutes. Made with . sesame oil, garlic, minced, medium onion, cut in thin wedges, c. broccoli florets and small zucchini or yellow squash, thinly sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry garlic and onion 2 minutes.
Add broccoli, zucchini and mushrooms.
Stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Add water chestnuts and tomatoes; heat through.
Add Molly McButter; stir until melted in.
Sprinkle with sesame seed, basil and pepper to taste.
Makes 4 (2 cup) servings.
