Shanghai Chow Mein
Shanghai Chow Mein is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 whole chicken breasts, cut into chunks while still partially frozen, 2 tbsp. oil, 2 c. celery, cut diagonally, 1 can bean sprouts and 1 can sliced water chestnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute chicken chunks in oil until firm.
Stir in celery and cook 2 minutes.
(Should be crispy.)
Add vegetables, soup and soy sauce.
Stir in onions.
Heat through and serve over rice.
