Shrimp Casserole
Shrimp Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper, 1 tbsp. grated onion, 2 tbsp. oil and 1/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Saute celery, green pepper and onion in oil in saucepan until tender.
Sprinkle with flour, curry powder, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and salt.
Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in cream cheese until melted.
Add milk gradually.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly; remove from heat.
Stir in shrimp.
Spoon into shallow 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
Top with mixture of crumbs, butter and Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375Β° for 35 to 45 minutes or until bubbly and light brown.
