Shrimp-Feta-Pasta Salad
Shrimp-Feta-Pasta Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. cooked, deveined shrimp, 2/3 c. crumbled feta cheese (3 oz.), 2 large fresh tomatoes, chopped, 1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped and 1/2 c. low-fat or no-fat commercial italian dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix shrimp, Feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, dressing, lemon juice and seasonings.
Toss with prepared pasta.
