Shrimp Jambalaya
Shrimp Jambalaya is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 tbsp. cooking oil, 3 tbsp. flour, 2 onions, chopped, 1 clove garlic, chopped and 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook flour and cooking oil until very light brown.
Add chopped onions and garlic.
Cook until onions are soft.
Add tomato sauce, water, shrimp, salt and pepper.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Cook rice while waiting.

Serve hot.
