Shrimp under cold water.
Drain thoroughly.
Heat oil in large skillet and saute garlic over medium heat until golden. Remove garlic discard.
Chopped tomatoes, oregano, parsley, salt and red pepper.
Cook for 10 minutes, add shrimp and cook an additional 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. If too dry, you can add a little water.
Heat thoroughly serving dish.
Serve immediately. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
