Skillet Enchiladas
Skillet Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/3 c. milk and 8 tortillas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown meat and drain.
Add onions and cook until tender.
Add olives.
Divide meat mixture into 8 portions and place on tortillas.
Place 1/4 c. cheese on top and roll up tortilla.
In a large skillet, mix soup, milk, chilies and garlic powder.
Lay tortillas in sauce and top with remaining cheese.
Heat until cheese starts to melt.
