Skillet Enchiladas
Skillet Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 1 (10 oz.) can mild enchilada sauce and 1/3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a 10-inch skillet, cook ground beef and onion until meat is brown and onion is tender.
Drain.
Stir in soup, enchilada sauce, milk and chilies.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
