Skillet Enchiladas
Skillet Enchiladas is an moderately easy Mexican dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 12 minutes. Made with (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce, c. milk, . chopped, seeded, canned green chilies and tortillas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In saucepan, combine soup, enchiladas, sauce, milk and chilies; heat until bubbly.
Dip tortillas, one at a time, in sauce until limp or place warm skillet until limp.
Drain tortillas. Set aside 1/2 cup cheese.
Place 1/4 cup cheese on each tortilla and roll.
