Skillet Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, chicken or turkey, 1/2 c. chopped onions, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce and 1/3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a 10-inch skillet, brown meat and onion; drain any excess fat (electric skillet at 350°).
Stir in soup, enchilada sauce, milk and chilies.
Reduce heat to 220°.
Cover and cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
