Skillet Enchiladas
Skillet Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck, 1 onion, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/3 c. milk and 1 can enchilada sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown meat and chopped onion.
Drain and then add next 4 ingredients and simmer 20 minutes.
Heat each tortilla in small amount of oil.
Sprinkle small amount of cheese on each and roll up and place in electric skillet.
Pour meat mixture over these. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and heat on low.
These enchiladas can also be put in a 12 x 14-inch pan and heated in oven.
Good with pot of dry pinto beans.
