Slaw
Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium cabbage, 1 medium purple onion, 1 green pepper, 1/2 c. sugar and 2/3 c. cooking oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Shred the cabbage, onion and pepper.
Pour 1/2 cup sugar over the top.
Do not stir.
In a saucepan, combine the oil, vinegar, salt, celery seed and dry mustard.
Bring to a boil and then pour over the cabbage, onion and green pepper.
Do not stir. Refrigerate overnight.
Stir before serving.
