Smoked Salmon Party Ball
Smoked Salmon Party Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can alaskan salmon, drained and boned, 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 1/2 tbsp. hickory liquid seasoning (liquid smoke), 1 tbsp. onion and squeeze of lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Drain and debone salmon.
Mix with cream cheese, liquid wood smoke seasoning, onions and lemon juice.
Form by hand into 1 large ball or 2 small balls.
Roll ball(s) in 1 cup chopped nuts and set in refrigerator to mold.
Serve with crackers as cocktail appetizer.
