Smoked Sausage
Smoked Sausage is an impressive dinner. Made with 8 oz. hickory smoked barbecue sauce, 8 oz. tomato sauce, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 tsp. dry mustard and 1 tsp. celery flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix all ingredients (except sausage) together in crock-pot. Cut sausage into thin slices and mix into sauce.
Cook about 15 minutes on high setting.
Turn off and let stand about 12 hours. Turn crock-pot on (low setting) about 3 hours before serving. Serves about 25 persons.
