Sopapilla Cheesecake
Sopapilla Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans crescent rolls, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 stick butter and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla together.
Line bottom of pan with one can of crescent rolls, top with cream cheese layer and the final can of crescent rolls.
Melt butter and mix with 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon.
Spread butter mixture over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Best served 3 to 4 hours after baking.
