Sorbetto Di Limone(Italian Lemonade) is an easy dinner. Made with 5 large lemons, 3/4 c. sugar and water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Wash and dry lemons and grate zest from them.
Set zest aside. Squeeze juice and save.
Add enough water to juice to make 1 quart. Add sugar and zest; mix and let rest for 30 minutes.
Strain all and place into ice cream maker and allow to "freeze".
