Sour Cream Brunch Coffee Cake
Sour Cream Brunch Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped fine, 2 tsp. cinnamon, 3/4 c. water and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix the first 3 ingredients.
Heavily grease Bundt pan and using part of the mixture, coat all sides of pan.
Use remaining for layering with batter.
(I use a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.)
Combine the rest of the ingredients and beat until creamy.
Alternate layers of batter with sugar mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour (I bake for 40 to 45 minutes).
Cool well before removing from pan.
