Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas
Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. sour cream, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 chicken, cooked and boned, 1 pkg. corn tortillas and 1 can chopped green chilies (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute onion in oleo.
Mix all of the ingredients except tortillas with salt and pepper to taste (no cheese yet).
Dip tortillas in warm chicken broth and line bottom of a baking dish (large).
Use 6 tortillas per layer.
Then add chicken mixture and cheese.
Repeat layers again, ending with cheese on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
